Welcome to Medera Medical. Please read these Billing Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing our products or services. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Methods

Medera Medical accepts the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
Bank Transfers: Available for larger orders. Contact our billing department for details.
PayPal: For online purchases only.
Checks: Accepted for pre-approved accounts. Orders will ship once the check has cleared.

2. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless explicitly stated. Applicable taxes will be calculated during checkout and added to your total bill.

3. Late Payments

Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of 5% per month on the outstanding balance. Medera Medical reserves the right to suspend or cancel any pending orders if the payment terms are not met.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any penalty. Cancellations after this period may be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
Refunds: Refunds are issued at Medera Medical’s discretion and will be processed within [10-15] business days of the return or cancellation approval.

5. Disputes

Any disputes regarding billing or payment must be reported to Medera Medical within [30] days from the invoice date. After this period, all charges will be deemed accurate, and the customer will not be entitled to a refund or adjustment.

6. Shipping and Handling

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination, weight, and size of the order. Medera Medical is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

7. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged based on the shipping destination. Customers with tax-exempt status must provide the necessary documentation at the time of purchase.

9. International Orders

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees associated with importing goods into their country. Medera Medical will not be liable for any delays due to customs processing.
